LAKESIDE TREE SVC

Everything went well except they didn't finish in one day. Tree stump was completely sawed to ground level. Approximately, 3 feet remaining of tree stump. Tree stump grinding was not ordered.

The owner came out and was very rude when I wanted a bid for the Winter rate in August. He would not stick by his Winter rate since it was Aug, but we only wanted to be on his Winter list since last yr he was all booked up early for the Winter. He just took off in his truck and was very unprofessional. I would not use him ever, and he has horrible reviews in other venues too.

His representative gave me a quote to remove a tree. I signed the contract. They never showed up and wont answer my calls. This service is a scam. Now their phone says it's a non working number. Just like them.

I left Mike a message that I needed some trees trimmed he called me back the same day. He came by and looked at what I needed gave me some suggestions. Then he also did a bid for mother's rental property 2 houses down. He willingly came by a 2nd time and adjusted that bid when we later got some differing info from a neighbor who had asked her to have her trees trimmed. (Just an FYI her job was bid for $350 and this was trim 2 big trees hanging in power wires.) My trees were 2 big trees that needed the branches trimmed away from my house and drive way. It required a bucket truck for the bigger trees and 2 smaller trees that needed away from the house as well, one of them they did from my roof. Everything was done in about an hour and a half. They worked around my tiny back yard and privacy fence (with no gate) and flower gardens without messing up my flowers. All the wood was chipped and removed. Did a good job for a good price. I've used Mike before and always been happy with his crew.
