Called this company based on reviews from Angies list. Wanted to see if they would give me a quote on finishing my basement. Called twice within ~1 week and left two messages. They never responded. I wanted to have work done this spring. I understand if their schedule is too full to meet my requested timeline, but they could at least call back to tell me their schedule is full.

We called to request an estimate for a bathroom remodel but he never called back. First time I got his voice mail, but it was full. Second time I did leave a voice mail. Third time I did leave a voice mail. Then I gave up. It sounds like he does excellent work, and I am sorry I didn't get in contact with him, but I wish he would have at least called me back. If he was too busy, I think that would have been common courtesy. I cannot say anything good or bad about his services, only that I had no success contacting him.

It was fantastic. His name is Jason Kretsinger. He is a wonderful young man. He has been in business for a long time, and he will continue to be in business. He is second to nobody. I would call him again if I needed him. He is fantastic. If anybody needed carpentry or remodeling work done at their house, I would recommend him.

He is very thorough. Is hands on, precise. Makes sure the job is done right.

Project went well. It came in under budget and finished quicker than estimated

Start to finish was consistent. The workers were there every day. More significantly, the owner was there every day. An ongoing inspection of the work was done daily by the owner. Corrections were made to his satisfaction (and ours) in real-time. Defects in previous workmanship were pointed out and corrected and/or upgraded to current codes or higher. The workers were really professional and very polite and careful. They laid a covering on the floors for them to walk on every day and were very careful to not make any more mess than necessary. This company does very good work and basically want everything they do to reflect well on them. We have used this company once before the bathroom re-do and both times we have been extremely happy. Give them a try - you will be glad you did.
