I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMEND NOR USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! they hired sub contractors that were drunks to do work in my house an drank while they worked,i notified company an they did nothing about it,they flooded my house 3 times water pouring in walls an windows,they did NOT offer to clean all or any of the water up, they left rough in wiring breakers turned on an me an my spouse both got eletricuded by the wires an an had to go to the ER over it an we had to pay the doctor bills ,theh said it was our fault we got shocked,even tho they left breakers on an wires hanging with the power on,I had to call the city to get them to finish hooking up the 6700.00 electrical upgrade i paid for, they cracked my driveway which they had before an after pics that showed they cracked it but they blamed me for cracking just so they could get out of paying for the repairs,had to threaten to take them to court to get repairs made. I originally had everthing i was wanting done in a contract an we went around about the cost when they got the cost right i had to drive 40 mins to sign contract , but i wasn't allowed to read it salesman told me he was in a huury to do another bid but it was the same one i agreed on in the emailed contract,an after signing it,i looked at original contract they sent me via email when i got back home an they changed it but the salesmen told me when i was signing it, that it was the 1 he emailed me but it wasn't ,this company i have no idea how they stay in business,the owner is not as honest as he puts out nor is the salesman.they add 16000.00 in extras that were not in the contract or a contract writtin for,an when questioned about the extras they had some excuse an when i said i wasn't going to pay for these extras i was threatened with a lein on my house, this is how they do business . STAY AWAY frrom this comapny !!!!!!!!

Had a chimney leak that revealed some other damage. This caused a mid-level remodel. Some large companies were not interested. JJ took the job and worked with the insurance company directly. We were going to get charged double the deductible amount by the insurance company. JJ Schwartz handled it and got a single deductible. The work and workmanship was outstanding. Highly professional.

They were very professional and they did the job exactly as I wanted.
