The tech came in on the schedule day and explain to us exactly what he was going to do. Remove all the old tape, clean the area and install new tape, then re-mud the area. They also installed new flex tape to the ceiling this way if the drywall would move for any reason, the tape would not tear again. They explain they usually use this material on ceilings. They laid down drop cloths on the floor and covered all the furniture that could not be moved out of the way. After all the repair work, the contractor removed all the used material and cleaned up everything, even vacuumed the area.

This was a very small house we had gutted and rebuilt from the inside out - crawl space to roof trusses. It was simply too hot at the time attic insulation was needed so we hired Jand S Drywall to install insulation in the attic.

The price to me was too high and that's why I didn't go with them. The gentleman that came and looked at it was friendly. The price that they quoted me was just too high. He was here on time. If they were doing the whole room the price would have been alright because it only took like four sheets of drywall. There were two other guys that I knew told me that they could do it for a decent price. They even painted it, put the trim and finished work on it. They work for another company but when they are slow or in their off time when they are laid off, they do it on their own.

Very pleased with job overall.

The salesman came out to quote our job and was very professional. He got back to me with a quote the next day, and was exactly the same as another company on price to do the same work. I told him this much, and he knocked $25 off the quote to get my business. The technician showed up on time along with the salesman to make sure I was introduced properly and was comfortable with the technician. They made sure the fixtures in my bathroom and finished lower level living room were protected before beginning work. The technician was very friendly and efficient, completeing the work before the estimated time. The work was done so well, all we had to do was touch up the paint and you can't even tell the damages were there!
