From the very start, Huff Lumber was excellent. The Sale man came out and did a very good job explaining the measurement he was taking. Then after going back to the store, he call to let me know what the cost was going to be and even gave me several options. The only reason I gave a "B" for Responsiveness was that I had to call to get him to get me a quote in writing. Once the work started, the techs were very professional and did a most excellent job. Even when I changed the way the seat for the bay was going to be, they did not hesitate to say they would be glad to complete it the way I requested.

The estimate was fine but we decided not to go forward with the project.

They did an excellent job! We were tickled pink about the service. We liked everything from the quality of the windows to the installers. They did exactly what they said. They completed the work on time and the final price was what they quoted. They called prior to the appointment to ensure the plans were in line with what we wanted. They cleaned up well and they even took time to clean the window glass. They followed up well and each time I called they returned my calls promptly.
