Description of Work: The toilet had leaked, causing the flooring to buckle. Harold pulled the toilet, ripped up old flooring, replaced new sub-floor, laid new waterproof flooring, put on new wax ring for toilet, and changed out water shut off. Did all of this quickly as we had new tenant moving in house.

When we purchased a property Harold and his helper did work requested UNDER BUDGET and did the additional painting when original contractor did not show. He did all work well. He was willing to go the extra mile even though we only knew one another via Angies List.
Description of Work: Helped us to review potential rental properties and identify problem areas and cost to cure deficiencies.

+ -1 moreThe two day job went smoothly. The floor and trim were installed a little slow however, it was not a major problem. Timeliness: Good Professionalism: Good Overall Quality: Good The job was good enough that I scheduled them for a 2nd job. However, after I purchased the flooring and had prepped the floor myself for the installation they did not show up. After five plus phone calls and texts the only responsive I have received is -"that we are busy." One quality issue did arise on the first job. Two flooring planks have become separated. I am very disappointed that they did not follow through with the 2nd job and will not return my calls

Description of Work: Installation of side door to garage.Todd came out and gave an estimate on getting the door and installing it. Work was needed on the frame and he did that to. There were some minor things that I had him do in addition to the original estimate and he did them at very little or no charge.

+ -1 moreHarold came in to repair plaster for us after our previous 'contractor' botched up the job. Not only did he come over the same day, but he gave us a solid and affordable estimate. He got to work the next day and even fixed other areas he found at no charge. He finished quickly and did an AWESOME job. We knew we had a quality guy when he even offered to teach my husband how to put in windows himself to save money. A++++ DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM!!!
