 + -1 moreThe serviceman simply put a sleeve on the pipe. It was akin to putting a band-aid on it. Other pool repairmen have seen the job and said that it was NOT repaired properly. We had to crack open the concrete again (after already spending $2600 the last time). We will NEVER use Decatur Pool and Spa again, most notably because of the owner's response to my call. He wouldn't take the time to come see the work of his employee and also refused to take any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship.
Description of Work: Skimmer pipe was kinked so no water could flow through. Decatur Pool & Spa sent out their "veteran" pool repairman to fix the pipe.

 + -1 moreWe use them all the time. They were professional, and we are satisfied with the price. We use them because the people who lived here before used them to service their people, so, we started using them. We did not run into any problems with them. We would continue to use them unless we would have a really bad experience with them.
Description of Work: Decatur Pool and Spa closed our pool for us in the fall.
