The owner Mike stole money from me. He said my credit card didn’t work so I said come by and get the cash and then two hours later he charge my credit card whenever deal with him. He’s a thief turning in have him on video and text me where a thief

DO NOT USE THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!! I just had 6 rooms of carpet cleaned, a sofa and 2 chairs. They pulled my carpet loose in 4 rooms and stained one of my chairs. When Mike, the owner of 29 years, was notified as it was happening, he said it wasn’t their fault and it was a carpet installation problem. He then agreed to pay to have fixed and then 4 days later told me he would pay no more than $80 TOTAL for the repairs!!! His crew came ou and “re-cleaned” the chair they stained during the first cleaning (and the guy that cleaned it the first time told me point blank “that stain wasn't there before we cleaned it” and it’s still stained after the second cleaning! I paid $900 to have my carpet and furniture cleaned and am now going to pay even more to have everything fixed!! I am FURIOUS and the owner’s blame game is a pitiful!!! WORST customer service EVER! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Great, carpet looks new again even though it is 10 years old and this is the first time professionally cleaned.

Booked 2 locations at once and got a discount beyond the and quot;empty rateand quot;. Cleaned all carpets before move into new house and then a couple of days later after move out of old place. Several urine stains were sucessfully removed from new house. Pleased with overall quality, pricing seemed fair.

Called for estimate and set up appointment. Crew arrived on time, were finished sooner than I expected. Work done professionally and courteously.

They were a little pricier than another company I had used. However, they did an excellent job. Since I have pets, they did both the cleaning and sanitizing work. I spent about $200 on the job. I think I will use them again in the future.
