+ -1 moreWe emptied the three rooms and were ready for our appointment. After waiting two hours for them to arrive, we called to find out the carpet hadn't arrived and they couldn't guarantee a day of arrival. So, we had worked hours to empty the rooms and our children didn't have beds or rooms to use and we had no promise of what day or week our carpet would be in. We had to pick a carpet they had in stock, which was not of the quality or type we had ordered. To recompense, they gave us $140.00 off of a $1900.00 order, and it is inferior carpet. It was an unbelievably bad experience.
Description of Work: They laid carpet in three rooms.
