They told us a quote. The owner came by and told us we were given the wrong amount, it was going to be higher and then they never came back because they didn't like how our windows were, they slide out and they don't want to deal with it but they never called back to say they are not going to do the job. Our realtor told us about hem.

They put in a glass door to my shower. They are very unorganized in the office, they don’t do a very good job of calling me back. They promise to call back and they don’t do it. The people in the office don’t know their pricing and are very slow. Basically they have all the work they need so they are not too worried about customer service. I chose this company to do work for me because they are pretty much the only ones who cater and actually their price was, quiet honestly, better than the people who we talked to in another place.

The repairman arrived at my house at the scheduled time (he was actually in my driveway waiting for me) and completed the job in about 15 - 20 minutes. The repairman was very courteous and professional. I've had no problems with the new window. I'm very satisfied with the work and would use B&B Glass again. I did not give a rating on price as I did not get estimates from other companies. I did not give a rating on responsiveness as I have not had any issues that required a response from them.

They are professional, efficient & have reasonable rates. They have a quality service & are great to work with.
