I've been working with them through Lowe's for the past 3 1/2 weeks to get a warranty repair done on my fridge. 1st Scheduled appointment, didn't show up, 2nd scheduled appointment 2 days later showed early and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Said it would take a week to get the parts. Fast forward 19 days, still no part. Multiple calls to office go unanswered unless try from a different phone each time, messages left don't get returned. Get told by office staff that they will have the tech call the next business day since he has all the paperwork with them, but no call. Finally call the tech, and the story is now that the paperwork is back at the office. They are supposed to call back later but not gonna hold my breath. Not even convinced the part has been ordered. Technically proficient technician, worthless office staff and materials management. If you don't care how long it takes, they seem to be great. But if it's a rush/important job (like your fridge not cooling), call someone else and beg Whirlpool to find you a different company, even if it's out of your area.

The repair man came and repaired the dryer in a reasonable amount of time. The service call was slightly higher than some but the part charge was a lot less.

A friend of mine just had her washing machine break down and that is who I would recommend and I sent them to her also. I had him out here to fix a washing machine, my dishwasher and oven. With the washing machine, he said he could fix it but it would be cheaper to buy a new washing machine. I like that he did not soak me for $400 and who knows how much longer it was going to last. I would say he is honest. They get here pretty quick. I had him fix different appliances. I like him. He is a nice guy.
