The service was excellent. They were by far the cheapest ones for the same work. They did a really good job and were in and out of here pretty quickly. The craftsmanship of the window installation was of high quality and it was done at a very good price compared to the other estimates that I got in the area. My wife was here with them and she said that they were very kind and polite. They were willing to work on anything that I needed. I have recommended them to my friends if they need window installation. I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

The entire process went perfectly, from the professional, informative estimate AND price, to the installation. The installers ( there were 2 of them ), did a fabulous job, both with preparation of the installation sites, to installing the windows themselves. All of the windows, fit perfectly. The outside finishing is professionally done, as was the installation. I should also mention, that everything was removed and cleaned up before they left. My husband and I are pleased with the results and will definitely use All Windows Direct to finish the remaining windows in our home.

they stayed in contact with us the hole time from the order to the install the windows where all order for our house and installed in a week and a half the installers where professional even though they had to work in a mud pit in the back yard due to my dogs they also explained every thing to us and made sure we knew how to work all functions of the windows before they left it has been about two mounths now and i haveent found 1 nail that they left behind very clean crew !
