The Gentleman from Aire Serv of Bloomington promptly showed up at my home in less than an hour of making a frantic call of my notice that the furnace had ceased to operate and provide heat. He was polite and seemed neat and professional. The Aire Serv gentleman must of sensed that we were in distress because he assured us that he would work expediently on our problem. He brought into the family a heater so we could stay warm while he worked on our furnace. As he was working and if he had to go to the truck for any other supplies, he informed us that he was progressing and how he was coming along. He gave updates as he worked and upon finding out problem, explained in full detail what needed to be done and the price in detail. Upon repairing the problem, The Aire Serv gentleman provided an explanation of the repair and the invoice was clear and understandable. I would recommend Aire Serv of Bloomington to anyone that wants prompt and good clean service with a price that is affordable.
