The only thing the kid knew how to use was a pen to paper=$$$$$ Didn’t fix my slow drain issue. Suggested I tear up concrete … Clueless! Gave up after only giving a lousy ‘effort’ for 30 minutes. He saw an older lady & decided to use a ‘scare tactic’ to hide his incompetence.

Contact and service was very good. I contacted them on the phone and they set up the appointment with the renters. Work was done in a timely manner and they did a good job.

One of the mantles on our outdoor gas light crumbled and needed to be replaced. I was unable to shut off the gas to the light - the valve had "frozen" and could not be turned. I called in the AM and they came out after lunch and repaired the valve so I could easily turn it on and off - and they did not charge me anything!!!!! How can you beat that!!

I used one of my outside water faucets to water some plants early Friday morning and when I went to turn it off, it was stuck in the open position. I called Absolute Plumbing at 7:30 am and asked if they'd be able to send someone over that same day since I didn't want to waste that much water. Nick was at my house within 25 minutes, turned the water line off immediately, checked everything out under my crawlspace, then clearly explained my options and how much each would cost. He then replaced my faucet and had everything fixed and cleaned up within the hour. Amazing! I will "absolutely" use Absolute Plumbing again!

I had a cracked cast iron main stack located behind a wall in my bathroom, which I found and exposed, such that work could more easily be done by a plumber. I called Absolute and set up an appointment. They said they would be out around 8 AM on the day we agreed upon. They didn't show up. At 11 AM, I called and got an answering machine. I asked if they would still be coming that day. I never got a call back and they never showed up. I took the day off of work specifically so I could be home, and lost a day's pay because of their lack of common courtesy. The deal is this: they have an alright reputation and I am sure they are capable plumbers, but I wouldn't bother with them if you have any issue requiring real work. The likely reason they didn't show up is because they had easier money elsewhere. Cutting out a cast iron main stack is dirty work. Why not just let a person know you don't want to do the job up front?

Every drain, pipe, water source, plumbing issue, sewer issue, flooding toilet, broken water heater, clogged PVC pipe from the second sump pump to the sump pump at the other end of the house, replacing both sump pumps and adding a third that works by water pressure when the electricity is out, rodding out drains clogged by tree roots, etc, etc. They not only have fixed everything that has gone wrong in this old house but they have come at 4 in the morning when we were flooding. I could hear Brett's tires squealing blocks away as he was going around a corner trying to get here as quickly and possible and, then, after he pulls up, he runs through the door! I can not recommend this company strongly enough! Brett and Mark have saved us time and time again! They have even stayed to help us clean up, as we are all seniors here. You will not go wrong with them in any situation.

Excellent service. They called first, were on time and did a professional job. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The only negative is their slightly higher than average hourly rate--though there were two workers--and the charge for drive time in addition to a service call fee. Overall, they were professional and prompt and I would use them again.

The plumber we had hired backed out at the last minute and we called Absolute Plumbing. Brett came out and started right away to he lp us out. He even worked on Saturday to finish before the floor was poured.

The guy that came out was here at the minute of the appointment. He was very professional. I had a few questions and he answered them while he was working because I had to pay him by the hour. I called them for an appointment, and a girl answered the phone. I asked her how much it would cost for an hour, and she told me. The minute the appointment started, he got to work and replaced everything that he could but he had to go back to the shop. He said that he would be gone for less than 10 minutes and be right back and he did come back within 10 minutes. The company is right here in my own town and they have their own supplies in their own warehouse. Usually it is all on the truck but since I needed extra whatever, he had to go and get it, came right back, finished and was done within an hour. I waited for what I thought the billing cycle would be, as I didn't get a bill, so I called them and told them that I had not received the bill for the services yet and who I was and all that, and within a week I got my bill and I paid it. I would rate Absolute Plumbing highly and would use them again in the future.

I have been totally pleased with my experience with this company. They are always prompt, courteous, helpful, and respectful of my property. I was totally amazed when parts could not be found and they readily fabricated the parts needed so that I wouldn't have to replace whole vanities! The last time I called, they did not charge me for the service visit . . . even though the owner spent at least 45 minutes trouble - shooting!

Brett, the owner of Absolute Plumbing, came over and looked at our situation and said "that's no problem". He then proceeded to do the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. He took time to talk to us about what we needed to do in the case of another problem and then he left.
