Description of Work: Weekly home garbage collection.

Description of Work: We had a dumpster dropped off at our newly bought foreclosure house. We used it for about 2 weeks to gut the house. When they picked it up om July 29, 2011 we were not there, as we are not living there yet. Monday we went to the house and when they picked up the dumpster the door hit our garage door while putting it on their flat bed. We called customer service and explained the issue. The girl stated" Well there's nothing in your records saying the guy called it in." We asked to speak to the manager regarding this. Manager, Brian, came out that week to a**** damage to our garage door. He stated if it the same guy he thinks that did it, it will be his 4th time. Stated it was Veolia's fault and said he would bring the issue to his manager. His manager called and stated they think we did it by swinging the dumpster door into the garage door. Mind you, our garage door had to be open for us to use the dumpster. Also they said they think the "wind" did it. Aerodynamically the wind could not swing open a 200pound dumpster door. We have filed a property damage police report and are filing this week with our local courthouse. I will never use Veolia again. I wouldn't have been so mad or upset with them if they would of came forward and apologized for the damage. They are being VERY unproffesional about it and stated they would call their insurance company and tell them to "decline" our insurance claim.
