+ -1 moreI have used them before and was happy with the work. I left messages twice last year when my windows needed to be cleaned. My calls have never been returned. I won't try them again and am disappointed at their lack of response.

+ 0 moreThey did a very good job of washing and cleaning windows. I paid them in full, asked them a couple times for an invoice, didn't receive it. Otherwise, the work and the price was fine.

+ -1 moreJob went very well. Installer was on time and did work as he outlined. Only problem was that he left his "work box" at home which contained his receipts and the lifetime warranty. Installer said he would mail that day but, when it didn't arrive after 1-week, I called him and he said he would mail. When it didn't arrive in another week, I went to the Window Ginie web site and contacted the home office. It took a couple of calls to the Operations Director but I finally obtained the receipt and warranty after 5 weeks.
Description of Work: Installed new frosting material on bathroom window in order to allow for privacy.

+ -1 moreRICH DID THE ESTIMATE, THE SALES PRESENTATION (PRODUCT INFO), AND THE INSTALLATION. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, PROMPT, AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WE HAD WINDOW FILM/TINTING PUT ON 2 LARGE WINDOWS, AND 3 SMALL ONES, TO ALLEVIATE GLARE AND CONTROL ROOM TEMPERATURE.
