Description of Work: REFINISH KITCHEN-REMOVE OLD CABINETS, REMOVE OLD APPLIANCES, REMOVE DRYWALL, REMOVE TWO WALLS, INSTALLATION SUPPORT BEAMS, REPAIR FRAMING, REMOVE EXISTING FLOOR, PLUMBING WORK INCLUDE (RELOCATE ), ELECTRIC WORK INCLUDE(WORK ON EXISTING CIRCUITS), INSTALLATION CAN LIGHTS, INSTALLATION NEW INSULATION R 13, INSTALLATION DRYWALL, TAPING SANDING AND PRIME ONLY, INSTALLATION NEW CABINETS, INSTALLATION NEW APPLIANCES, & INSTALLATION NEW BASEBOARD AND TRIM. | |In a time where remolding and living in a construction zone can be a little stressful, we couldn't have asked for more. Tom and the crew were always professional, respectful, and honest. Always courteous and in a dirty work zone, they are conscience of being clean. We got a few quotes, they were the best. A professional insured company with history. They stick to the schedule and are on time. They do quality work and do it right. They don't add any surprises that might come up. But when they do, they do not take advantage. At times, we were not ready with some things, but they found time to come back and finish with no problems. Tom feels we are the boss and listens to what we want and our ideas. He's also very knowledgeable and has great ideas and solutions, which was very comforting. Great communication through out, very friendly, and a good sense of humor. Will always use them for future (and have since then for smaller jobs) and not worry about money and or work. Family and friends use them and will recommend them to anyone else with no problem.

Description of Work: Complete kitchen overhaul. Included removal of existing walls and adding support beam between kitchen and living room to create a grand open concept kitchen/great room. Quote included demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, and wall primer. Owner furnished cabinets, floor tile, and finishings.
