+ -1 moreNot well. Sterling charged more than they estimated for the repair and sent a trainee to do the job. The trainee was accompanied by a more experienced repair person but the trainee did the "repair," taking longer to complete the task -- which in the end exceeded the estimate amount by $100 that we were charged. On top of this, the freezer has continued to not work properly. When I called Sterling and explained the problem they said they would have to charge me again to out to fix the freezer. I am very disappointed in Sterling and I will not call them again.

+ -1 moreThe Sterling Service repairman was on time, very professional and best of all, had the part that I needed so a second trip was not required. The repairman told me what was broken, how much it would cost to replace and how long it would take. Amazing.
Description of Work: Sterling Service replaced a part in our Subzero Refrigerator.
