Did a great job pointing out the benefits and detriments of our potential home purchase. Did buy the property but thanks to SAS there were no surprises after moving in.

Homes Sales are booming. This inspector referred by our Real Estate Attorney and we were not disappointed. He had a full calendar for many weeks out the day i called to check his availability and thinking we couldn't wait for him called a dozen inspectors all booked for weeks as well. I called Scott back numerous times to check his schedule and he squeezed us in on his day off missing his son's sports activities to accommodate us. The inspection was very thorough and Scott identified many areas of concern that we had missed. We still purchased the home but stuck to our guns on things we wanted repaired before taking possession. He also explained how everything worked and gave ball park figures to replace big ticket items that were closer to the end of their life span. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an inspector.

Scott was fantastic - very thorough, very professional and great advice. He found quite a few things in the condo that he felt we should be aware of and made great suggestions re: which issues were not a big deal, which we should research further, and which were show stoppers (thankfully none!). We ended up with a very detailed documentation of all his findings. We would definitely recommend him again without hesitation!

Scott spends the time it takes - whether it is a few hours or the better part of a day - he was early for each of our three appointments. He charged us based on the square footage of each property. After the inspection, we really knew each property and received an incredibly comprehensive binder complete with his notes on the condition of each property and approximate costs for certain repairs, etc. This report helped us cancel contracts on the houses we opted not to buy and gave us leverage to receive credits for certain repairs on the property we ultimately chose. After the inspection he sat down with us and reviewed the binder, making sure we fully understood his comments and addressed every question we had. If you are looking for a rubber-stamp 'ok' on a property he is not the inspector for you. If you are looking to make an incredibly informed decision about a property, look no further!
