Description of Work: They were exceptional! Would highly recommend. They were on time, used quality material and completed the job to perfection.

Description of Work: I had six estimates. The price was right in line with all of the other estimates. I think all of the estimates were high, even the lowest estimate. However, my opinion is that the value of the services Rooftech performed was excellent. John told me the warranty was transferable and created a folder with the warranty in the folder for safe keeping. He tore off the old roof, and put on a new roof. The job was much better than I could have ever expected. I don't want to put in all of John's secrets, but he put in a couple of finishing touches that other roofers would not consider. Let's just say, my former neighbors from the other side of town stopped to compliment me on my roof. I am just sorry I did not get this review in sooner; and I wish that I could write my review as professional as he does his work. He provided me with all of the literature, he had a folder, he answered each question, and gave me time to think. We just got through a big storm; and flooding in this area; and there were no leaks, and the roof still looks perfect. I thought John was honest, dependable, and reliable. His workers were good, and understood my request clearly when John was not present. John went into a lot of detail, and I learned a lot about roofing. I found that when I questioned other roofers, they sometimes became defensive, but John explained. He was the first one I got the estimate from, and after 5 other estimates, I went back to him and Rooftech Systems. There were even times I did not take his word for things; and I called the manufacturer, and then I went back to John, and all the pieces of what he told me fit into place; and he never expressed anger or irritation. I will need some gutters in the future, and Rooftech will be one of the first companies I call, and perhaps, I will not waste time getting any other estimates.

Description of Work: Tear-off of existing roof, replacement of rotted decking, installation of weathershield, new shingles, ridge vent, attic fan, solar attic fan, chimney flue, gutters and downspouts.

Description of Work: House roof, (tear-off,2-layers); deck armor; installation of Timberline Lifetime shingles; drip edge & upgraded warranty; permit; shed roof,($210.00); replacement of 142' of deteriorated 1X8; and replacement of 4 sheets of plywood.

Description of Work: Fixed another company's bad roofing repair by removing some cemented-on shingles and 4 cap vents and installing a new ridge vent.

Description of Work: Replaced skylight (3.5 ft x 3.5 ft), including flashing and rotting wood.
