Roger and his crew were timely, did excellent work and Roger reduced the cost from his original quote. He tends to be a bit slow in responding to e-mails, providing quotes, etc. but the work performed was excellent.

After a week went by without receiving a quote from Roger, I called him and asked him when I would be receiving the quote. He did not remember who I was, and asked me my address to help spark his memory. Roger was still not able to recall spending 30 minutes in my home, but he eventually remembered and explained that he has been very busy, and will get me a quote by May 17th. On May 18th, I called Roger again and he apologize again and used the same excuse, "Sorry, I'm so busy. I work seven days a week and when I get home I'm tired". Well today I called Roger again and he actually told me that he had more important jobs. I told him not to worry about providing me a quote and that I would be giving him a negative review on Angie's List, and he was still unapologetic. He went on to explain how he was working all 3 days over the Memorial Day weekend. I told Roger that if he would at least provide the courtesy of a phone call, we likely could have avoided a poor relationship. I happen to know someone else that has used him and said that he was very unreliable. It looks like the other reviews on this site confirm this fact. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROGER AT RESTORATION STONEWORKS!!!!

Called on a Monday, scheduled for Wed. Calls Wed and won't come until late evening, missing appointment by 5 hours. Reschedule for Friday at 2. Calls a 1, says won't make 2. I tell him to come I'll be available until 2:30. 3 o'clock comes and goes and I call him and he says I told him that i wouldn't be there at 2:30 so when he came by at 2:15 and couldn't find parking, he didn't stop.

Contacted the company to come give us an estimate on clean/repair/seal the tiles in our bathrooms, and restore/seal the limestone countertops in the bathrooms, as well as restore/seal granite countertop in kitchen. Roger came out and did a thorough walkthrough of the concerned areas. When he's done, said he's going to write up the estimate and eamil it to us the next day. We did not receive the promised estimate. Called Roger twice after more than a week had gone by, and he promised to work on the estimate that night and email to us the next day. Didn't happen. Called and left voice mail for him again a couple of weeks later, and did not receive any call back from him. It's now been more than a month since he came out to give an estimate, and we still have yet to receive the estimate.
