 + -1 moreAfter we finally hooked up via phone and scheduled the repair, the technician was professional, quick and thorough. He did a great job. We set a time for the repair for noon and due to their morning service calls, they were delayed for a few hours - understandable. It'd be great if they had someone ring you up and let you know. In their bill, they charged me a trip charge of $15 which I could not understand since I live right around the corner from Darien although the overall total bill was very fair for the amount of work done.
Description of Work: Replace a wireless card, installed a new printer, ran virus software on one computer. Installed a new Comcast/Infinity modem, configured it and confirmed it with Comcast.

Description of Work: Lenovo t63p windows 7 xp was running slow, blue screening. Another service provider diagnosed a deteriorating hard drive. PCMD correctly diagnosed as a settings problem. Reconfigured these settings, plus removed redundant system-maintenance programs. The pc no longer blue screens. Start-up times are fastest in recent memory. Overall performance has qualitatively leaped.
