Our experiece with Appliance Repair Doctor was great from start to finish. Scheduling was simple and we were lucky to get an appointment right away. Omar was punctual and communicated clearly about his arrival time. The repair was completed and Omar also helped us clean a clogged duct on one of the burners. Omar was professional, frIendly, and effective at fixing our problem, despite encountering unanticipated obstacles. Would definitely hire again!

I have called Omar quite a bit over the past years from washer/dryer, oven, ice maker and I have NEVER been disappointed. Very prompt response. The technician was very polite and explained exactly what was going on with my washer after diagnosing the issue within 10 minutes. I agreed to the repair and he was done within an hour or so. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Omar came out to look at my freezer that wasnâ t cooling. He came prepared with parts to fix the problem the same day. My freezer is back to working and if I ever need any other appliances repaired, I will be calling Appliance Repair Doctor! 10/10
