Description of Work: A few weeks ago one of my furnaces wouldnt turn on. The company that installed them four years ago was no longer in business. Two guys came over from American Control Systems and showed me that the furnace was wired incorrectly by the prior company. They showed me that the control panel had melted and a said that it was from the frayed wires. They returned the next morning, replaced the damaged control panel and rewired the furnace properly. Both furnaces work now and i havent had any problems since.

+ 1 moreI was without hot water for 13 days, until I found Derrick. The manufacturer of my water heater sent some technicians to my house which I sent away. Derrick did get on the phone with the manufacturer and also went online to do some additional research, and had me up with hot water in two days. The first day he came over and figured out what what wrong, and the next day, he had the required part air-freighted to my home, and when he came back, he fixed my water heater, which no one else I have ever used would even attempt to repair it! He's also done work with a boiler in my home, as well as heating and air conditioning work. If anyone deserves an "A" rating on Angie's List, it's him! He is very courteous, efficient, polite and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done and done well!

+ -1 moreOverall, the experience went very well. Derrick was very knowledgable and has a lot of experience. They were very punctual, courteous, and cleaned up after the work was completed. They went over the entire process with me, which was very nice. They did not try to upsell me.
Description of Work: They installed a new furnace for me. I called them on Monday, they came on Tuesday, and installed the new unit on Thursday.
