The work went great! Despite many challenges with multiple contractors layered on top of each other, James coordinated the work with and around everyone else. He had great ideas on how to accomplish the work, where to cut in certain colors (remember it was a new house, so no prior lines to follow). James and team would not accept anything but perfection on my job. He also researched products to make sure we got the best life out of the paint job. I appreciated all of his diligence and concern for our house. Finally, he is as honest a person as I have met, which is more important to me than all the rest!
Description of Work: I had used Pearson several times on my old house, so when my wife and I built our dream house, I wanted to make sure that I could use my own painter. James and team painted the exterior of a our house - primarily hardy siding shake, 2 story, 4200 square feet.

Great! Always on time, professional, but personable. Very easy to work with. Very patient when we changed our minds about accent walls paint color 3 times; even after he had painted one of the walls. Very accommodating when we asked for additional room and the wood trim be painted. Price was reasonable. We will definitely call Mr. Pearson next time we need any painting to be done.
Description of Work: Interior painting 6 rooms (including kitchen with lot of cut-in work), 2 hallways, and all trim.

Bob is an absolute professional who takes great pride in his work. He showed up right on time. He completed the job on schedule. In addition, he touched-up some places he had previously paint that I had scuffed and nicked. He did this without extra charge because he wanted it to be "right"! He is one of the tidiest painters I've ever worked with. His work is of the highest quality, and I wouldn't even consider another painter regardless of the price.
Description of Work: Spare bedroom painted

We just had our bathroom remodeled and needed to have it painted. We weren't sure what color would be best. We called Bob who came over with his color wheel to provide suggestions, not an easy task since the quartz countertop had not yet been installed. We were however able to find a picture of the countertop on the manufacturer's web site. Using the new vanity cabinets and floor tile as reference, Bob was able to pull out the best accent color from the countertop and use it as our base wall color. When the countertop was installed, it was the perfect match for our newly-painted walls. He had the vision necessary to see the bigger picture and keep the room from getting muted or washed out. The rest of the painting was a much-needed refresher due to normal wear-and-tear and pet traffic. His detailed receipts provide the previous color used. The 2-story entry foyer walls and ceilings as well as the vaulted bathroom ceiling were no problem. He had the ladders and tools necessary to accomplish the tasks. He was in and out as scheduled, provided drop cloths for floors and furniture, and cleaned up before leaving each day.
Description of Work: Paint walls, vaulted ceiling, and linen closet of recently remodeled master bathroom. Refresh paint on master bedroom walls. Refresh paint in entry foyer, upstairs and downstairs hallways, and hallway ceilings on 1st floor.
