 + -1 moreTim Long too extensive measurements and suggested improvements to our plan. He stated would give estimate within a week. He called us before then to advise the status and why was behind. He then submitted his estimate stating was for his work but did not include plumbing costs. We are a little disappointed those costs were not included as the estimate is much higher than we planned. We are still considering Long Construction for the work.
Description of Work: Owner scheduled an appointment to provide estimate for I exterior work to be completed to include a shower in small bathroom. He made suggestions to improve our original plans.

 + -1 moreHe gave us an estimate for the work to be completed and job was done for the amount estimated and within the timeframe expected. Work was professional and of high quality. He cleaned up all areas, leaving nothing for us to do once the job was completed. This is actually the fourth update/remodel this individual has completed for us. All jobs exceeded our expectations. Excellent work ethic and commitment to deliver the best job that can be done.
Description of Work: We wanted our master bathroom remodeled. Services included: removing existing 4 layers of flooring, replacing subfloor, installing tile floor, installing new baseboards, removing existing one-piece shower encloser and shower door, reframing shower stall, installing moisture barrier in shower, installing floor and wall tiles in shower area, installing new shower door, replacing existing vanity, repair to wall plaster, painting walls, removing old and installing new ceiling exhaust fan. Only "subcontactor" involved was a plumber who installed new pvc to sink and new faucets/fixtures in shower area.
