Description of Work: Called the morning of April 23 to see if I could schedule service that day. Christy was most coridal and helpful and promised an electrician between 11:00 and 1:00. She called at 11:00 to say the electrician was on his way. Tom arrived at 11:15. Solved two perplexing problems. Was very professional and courteous.
