Don was informative and helpful during and after the inspection. Although he was pricey I do think it was worth it compared to other inspectors. He did my inspection with heavy snow and has agreed to come back out to check out the roof!

Excellent work at a really reasonable price. Closing date for moved up and he was able to come out the day after we contacted him. Service was incredibly thorough and I had a completed report in my hands the following day. Would definitely and use again.

Only issue was Don ran late due to a family issue. He called me to let me know and we were able to meet about an hour later than scheduled. We had a especially wet day which helped Don identify a number of water related issues with the property. Overall he spent about 4 hours going through the 3500sqft house from top to bottom. He quickly turned around(24hrs) a 50+ page report which went through in great detail all the issues with the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home who wants to know the status of the property.
