Too Much Work Contractors

Description of Work: I run a property management company. I manage properties in Lake, McHenry and Cook counties. Too Much Work Contractors does a great deal of work for me. The last job they completed for me was having them paint almost an entire 2,700 square foot house(including 2 story foyer and family room), replaced and streched carpet, painted almost the entire house, replaced all the tile in shower (and fixed the leak), replaced two faucets in the master bathroom, install a towel rack, painted the front of the exterior, replaced the kitchen hood, secured the railing leading down to the basement, replaced some trim in another bathroom, replaced two exterior light fixtures in the front of the house, power washer the garage, paint the front exterior door, fixed the brick paver patio low spots, cleaned the entire house and the carpets and did a great deal more too. They were $4,000 cheaper then anyother company I received quotes from. They are the main company that I call for all of my work. I manage a lot of mid to high end homes. When I need the job done right, it to look right and to be the right price I always call Too Much Work Contractors. I have used them now for four years. They are professional, affordable and clean. It is nice to see a contracting company that has pride in their work!!! They are currently doing some exterior painting and some anit-flooding work for a property that I manage in Waukegan. They actually found a few errors that they last contractors had made and fixed those too. You know, the roofer not adding roof vents to the new roof on the garage, adding downspouts because who ever put those up didn't do it properly, fixing the work that another anti-flooding company installed improperly. Those kind of issues. The owners are very pleased. They actually are paying a $1,000 less then the first anti-flooding company who did a great deal less work then TMWC.
