+ -1 moreInstallation was quick and clean. Appointments were kept. No service has been required in well over a year and the system does not send "false alarms" - unlike others we researched. It is simple to understand and easy to operate and we are very satisfied with it.
Description of Work: We purchased a motion-activated alarm system for our office, installed by the company.

+ 0 moreI eventually decided to contract with a very large nationally known company instead of Stand Guard. However, I am now getting mediocre customer service from my provider. My overall feeling with Stand Guard is that they very much appreciate their customers and make every effort to satisfy them.
Description of Work: After I contacted Stand Guard, Inc about home security, a rep made an appointment and came to my house to understand my needs. A day later he proposed what I wanted, a security system with monitoring. The contract price was fair. The contract was in simple language and easy to understand. The system he proposed was everything I wanted and would allow future expansion if I wanted it. He was very professional and courteous.

+ -1 moreWe had a very old security system. We found that something was wrong with the control panel so it was not actually relaying messages to the monitoring system in place. They put in a new control panel for it. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable. He has come out before. He was very professional older guy. The price was very competitive because we were existing customers.

+ -1 moreTHEY WOULD NOT COME OUT TO INSPECT THE SYSTEM OR PROVIDE A QUOTE. WOULD QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AND SET UP A VISIT ONLY IF IT WERE TO HOOK UP THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: ASKED THEM TO CHECK OUT ONE OF THEIR SYSTEMS THAT WAS IN A HOUSE WE HAD JUST PURCHASED. ALSO WANTED QUOTE FOR MONTHLY SERVICE.
