+ -1 moreOur A/C unit is older and over the years it has slowly gotten worse. Each season it is less and less cold. This year it just wouldn't cool the house down. We called a few HVAC providers in the area and all of them said it would take a few days to look at our system. Then we found Shane from Schwartz and Co who said they could come out the same day and take a look. He arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Our system had a slow leak and needed to be recharged. I asked about replacing the unit, but he said that was not necessary and it would be much more cost effective to recharge the unit we already had. From the time he arrived to when he backed out our driveway, the total time was under 1 hour. It was great to work with someone who was honest, on time, affordable and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be calling Shane whenever we need anything fixed with our AC or heating units!
