Description of Work: I submitted my application and check the beginning of April. My commission expired June 10, 2017. My check was cashed immediately. I spoke with them the end of May expressing my concern and was told it was the States fault and that I would probably receive it on time. Today is June 20th and I've not received a thing. I called and left a message ( it always goes to a recording) today. I will never use these folks again.

 + -1 moreI am a notary, whose commission expired 4/29/16. I sent my completed form and my check for $54.00 for the processing of a new certification on 2/16/16 - plenty of time for renewal, or so I thought. My check had been cashed early in the process, and on 4/12/16 when I still hadn't heard anything, I called for an update. I did receive a follow-up voicemail message saying that I should received further word by 4/15/16. My notary expiration of 4/29/16 came and went - I finally received my stamp the next day, but with a note to say that I couldn't use it until the county had done their piece of the process and I had my certificate in hand. I immediately sent the county form in on 4/30/16, and finally received my notary certificate on 5/5/16. From 4/28/16-5/5/16 I was forced to send my customers elsewhere for their notary services, causing inconvenience to them and angst to my manager.
