Thanks to Northern Continental for the recent installation of the 2 new heating and AC systems my home required. Dan did a great job explaining the products and took the time to return to my house and provide me not only the quote, but also product brochures on his recommended equipment. I requested quotes from 3 other companies and Dan at Northern Continental was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and customer oriented rep of all the companies I contacted in the Crystal Lake/McHenry areas. Their product and price was also superior to those offered by these other companies, and were presented to me in a highly professional manner. Scott and his team did an excellent job on my install. They arrived on time, did the work in a professional manner and cleaned up thoroughly when complete. Scott also was very informative with the details of the operation of my 96% efficient, two-stage furnaces. I was impressed by the way Scott paid attention to the details of the installation, and I truly felt like he completed the installation as if he was in his own home. I would highly recommend Northern Continental, without any hesitation whatsoever, for any heating and air conditioning replacements and service. Solid, professional company with high caliber talent who operate with high degree of technical skill and customer orientation.

Repairman was early, polite, and professional. He asked if there were any issues, which there were not. He took care of cleaning and checking, revealing a part that needed replacement. I am very satisfied with this service provider. I had a personal recommendation for this company. Friends had them install a new furnace, and they were also very satisfied.

Dave the owner, explained everything to me in layman terms. He answered all my questions. I signed the contract at that time.The work was to be done in a couple of weeks. The two techs arrived promptly and began working immediately. They were very professional and qualified. The entire job took a day and a half. They took away the old furnace and duct work. Cleaned up after the job was done. Very happy with Northern Continental !

Dave Thorson came in the highest of 4 estimates for whole house cooling, including 3 ductless and 1 attic ducted systems. The reason I picked him was because he answered all my questions with confidence and expertise that were lacking in the other contractors. His installer was a sharp, experienced and friendly chap. His name now escapes me - so sorry. I'm pleased with my cooling system and would use Dave again.

They also had to rearrange all the duct work. It had to be vented out of the house. They were on time. They did it for the price they said they would do it. We were pleased with their work.
