In late 2024, we purchased a 35 yr old condo in Lake Barrington Shores that needed some major updates and remodeling. Ed immediately stood out for his professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness. Since we were managing the project remotely from Florida, communication was crucial. Ed and his team maintained consistent contact through texts, emails, and frequent photo updates, allowing us to feel confident and informed throughout the process. This was the 2nd time Iâ ve had them refinish our wood floors. I canâ t do all my floors at once since I donâ t have space to store the furniture. Ed and his team were very accommodating. I will be using them a third time in the next few weeks. His crew does a great job to contain all the dust from the sanding. I was able to get this second job scheduled in less than 2 weeks. Crew arrived right on time.

They added a bathroom and bedroom in our basement, created a custom walk in closet in the master and built a cover pergola. All excellent work!

Ed and his team were great to work with. They showed up every day on time and got right to work. Ed was easy to get a hold of whenever we had questions or concerns. After the project was complete they came out a few times to fix a few little issues. We are having some issues with a cabinet we ordered ourselves and Ed and his team came out months after project was complete to reinstall it.

I canâ t say enough about Ed and his very talented crew. My husband and I threw a pretty wicked screw ball at these guys and they totally knocked it out of the park. To say it was an easy kitchen remodel would be the biggest understatement of the century. From the beginning Ed was ALWAYS available to answer questions and he listened to our concerns whole heartedly. Weâ ve worked with â professionalsâ who would rather be right than do the right thing. We spoke with a few contractors before deciding to work with Ed and couldnâ t be more happy with our decision. Ed is so focused on doing the RIGHT thing, he even told us, â if you guys decide to go with another contractor and something doesnâ t seem right, call me and I will help guide you in the right directionâ . I couldnâ t believe that an owner of a company would be willing to help the competition if it meant we were taken care of. That is Ed and his extremely competent crew in a nut shell. A project this size doesnâ t come without some surprises that can cause an increase in price. When those inevitable albeit expensive surprises came, and boy did they come, Ed was able to save us money on the back end to help with the costs. You will never be â nickel and dimedâ if you sign a contract with Ed. We are so happy with our kitchen and canâ t believe this miracle was completed in less than 3 months!! Our familyâ s lives have definitely been changed with this amazing updated kitchen! All 5 of us can now be together and enjoy each otherâ s company while making dinner or just simply hanging out in the kitchen! Which is really where you spend most of your home time anyway if weâ re honest! If youâ re looking for a contractor to do the BEST job, stop looking and call him now!! You wonâ t regret it. I HIGHLY recommend this team. This team came in, got the job done in less than a week, and everything looks so perfect! We had drywall done and stair overlay. You can not even tell the stairs were carpeted before. I can not wait for them to do our next projects!

Edward and his team did a wonderful job refinishing our wood flooring and painting our deck. We are very happy with their workmanship and care they took with the job. Edward is a kind and honest man who cares about the happiness of his clients. His team was timely and polite and any minor concerns we had were addressed immediately.

Aside from the good quality of work, all i can say is its so easy to communicate with Edward, when he check the the damage, he knew what to do, when his crew came the first day, they already knew how to attack the project, the crew was fast, i will refer them to anybody cause they will make sure your satisfy with the work.

Our experience with Ed and his crew was magnificent!! We put off remodeling our kitchen because of all of the horror stories we heard about the process. After meeting with 5 different contractors we were still uncertain. And then we called Ed. Ed was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and excited about our vision.
