About 20 minutes after I submitted request Phil called and as we were discussing scheduling, he asked if today was open since he was only 3 miles away. Very professional and personable. Completed the job and I am very happy. Will use in the future.

He did great work and was super efficient! In and out in about 30 minutes and did everything I asked for perfectly. I was a little unclear on the timing as the initial appointment after we spoke was at 3pm but I received a reschedule email for 11am but he did not arrive until close to 1pm. So was either early for the 3pm or late for the 11am. It all worked out in the end which was most important. Thankful for my security now with new locks!

Didn't get the lock I wanted. The service man said I didn't tell him the lock I had. I don't know what lock I have. That's why I hired a locksmith. He said he could order the part and come back. I sure didn't want to pay for another service call, which was $65.00.Very disappointed in this company. The lock looks like the cheapest one around. We have a very hard time opening the door, because it's a very hard time putting the key into the lock perfectly.
