He was well priced, personable and efficient. Only complaint is that he didn’t clean up when he was finished. There was sawdust everywhere and he left some of the trash on the counter.

The previous owners of our house had someone install the locks who did a very poor job and almost ruined the door. Keymasters were able to come in for us and find a solution to get new locks installed even with the previous door issues.

Phil is knowledgeable and experienced. In fact he is a master locksmith! We replaced and added more appropriate locks with Phils recommendation. He is friendly, cleaned up what little mess there was. Five locks in all, we are very pleased

Door still hard to latch sometimes, but do not think it is due to their lock smiting skills. I believe I needed someone to align the doors. Left wood chips at job site the first time around, but cleaned up the second time he left.
