The work was done very efficiently and in a professional manner. Replacement parts were of the highest quality — much better than the malfunctioning handleset and deadbolt that was in place. Punctual and quick service.

Provider called shortly he received a notification that I wanted an estimate. We discussed what I needed and he provided an estimate over the phone, and we scheduled an appointment, as I knew pricing-wise it was basically in line with some other estimates I had received. Overally, he did a good job, and was a very personable man. I did have to take off some for punctuality because on the day of the appointment he was extremely late. The installation before me was apparently a multi-unit installation that took him longer than planned. I know those thing happen, but when it is more than an hour after the original appointment time range (and this was way more), it really disturbs the plans for one's day.

I found Keymasters on-line and called them on a Monday to get an estimate for the work. Phil (the owner) gave me an exact estimate for how much the job was going to be. I scheduled the work and he was able to come out the very next day to do the work. He arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He cleaned up the entire area after the installation. The entire job took approximately two hours. I would definitely recommend Keymasters to anyone looking for locksmith work.
