Invisible Fence of Northwest Illinois

It all went very well. They offered me a choice of systems, including overage for certain areas inside the house, and explained how each worked. The installer took only a couple of hours to install the fence around my yard, including down in a rather steep ravine. He was very professional, and answered all the questions I had. The trainer came out the same afternoon for our first lesson.The collar can be set for a wide range of correction, and they started Sully out at a very low level, and he figured it out very quickly. On the subsequent training sessions, the trainer downloaded information from the collar that showed how many times the dog had gone into the activation field and received corrections. He also brought his dog to give Sully a tempting distraction. My dog learned the boundaries pretty quickly and even when children or other dogs pass, he stays inside the safe area. I am very well pleased with the system, and would highly recommend it. It's such a pleasure to be able to leave the door open on a nice day and let the dog go in and out as he pleases without having to worry that he'll get "happy feet" and run off down the street.

Gentleman came on Tuesday. Could not find a break in the line outside. Garage was locked. Left a note that he needed access to garage. Came back on Wednesday. I left door unlocked and he was able to fix the problem. Thank you.

After my initial call, they made an appointment to accommodate our need for evening hours. The salesman who was also the installer was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the different packages available and allowed us to make up our decision based on the facts given to us. The installer was a little late the day of installation but he completed the installation in just a few hours. We were able to have the install done within a few days of our original first appointment. The training was schedule quickly and the trainer was friendly and was very good with our two dogs, always making sure that we were able to help our dogs adjust to the new fence and making sure we knew what to do to make sure our dogs were trained correctly. We did use a coupon and we were not charged for the training of the additional dog. We were given the upgraded collar since our dogs were very small but they did not charge us the additional fee.

Everything went fine. There were no complaints. They gave me a quote, and the price was as much as they said it would be.

I had the dogs trained and I came to find that I had coyotes in the area. I just loved it. They were very thorough. They had a guy come over and put the cable in. He did a very neat job. Another person came over and trained the dog. He was very good with the animal. The price was pretty average for what they did. I would use them again in the future.

We moved into a house that already had an invisible fence installed, and the previous owner left the collar. Invisible fence came out, marked our yard to show us where the fence was, made sure the unit was working, and worked with our dog to get her used to the fence. Willow was the lady that came out, and she showed us different techniques to train the dog. We had a great experience.

Zac installed the fence exactly as promised and even made an alteration the following week when we requested it. He is very good with dogs and trained our hyper-active cocker spaniel to stay within the yard without being shocked. Our dog liked him immediately. Since day 1 our dog has stayed in the yard, despite visiting squirrels, cats, raccoons and possum. I am extremely happy with the product and very happy with the service we received from Zac, their trainer and installer in our area.
