I had used this company before for covered gutters so I felt pretty comfortable with them. I did however get 3 more estimates in addition to theirs. I think the big difference in the buying experience when I compare each of the companies that came out was that the Innovative sales guy, Pete, actually sat down with me and explained everything that the company was going to do. I have no clue when it comes to roofs but Pete was very patient and did like I told him, explain everything like I was a sixth grader. The other companies that came out, measured the roof and mailed me quotes. I preferred the personal touch. Innovative's price was right in line with the other quotes. The installers started my home very early in the morning and worked almost to dark for 3 days in a row and about half a day the 4th day. I was very impressed with the Polish guys that did the work. The foreman was very energetic and very attractive. His english was a little rough but he kept me informed on how things were going. I was really impressed how hard the guys worked and how well they cleaned up after each day. After they were done the foreman took me around and showed me the new roof and made sure I was happy with the clean up. One thing I wish Pete would have told me was how loud it was going to be when the roof was being done. It felt like they were hammering through the roof! The roof still looks great and I haven't had any problems with it. A few months after my roof was done, I had Pete back out to look at two picture windows that had fogged up over the years. I hired Innovative to replace them. Again they did a nice job.

Guy shows up for quote, my wife is there to greet him and to discuss the job. He asks where I am, she tells him I will be "10 minutes late". Note I work 2 hrs from home. He says well if he isn't here he will not bother with the quote. So I do not know whether he had something to do and didn't care for a large job he thinks women are stupid and incapable of talking about home construction wants and needs he is unprofessional and cannot wait 10 minutes if he feels she is incapable of discussing the job to do. I am very disappointed in this company on so many levels. Hire competent and unprejudiced personnel and make sure if you send them out to quote a major job they will spend more than 10 minutes for the entire discussion. I got to my home EXACTLY 10 minutes past the time of the appointment (note my wife had all the information). He was gone by the time I arrived so he got there, gave up without any discussion and left fast enough to not leave a clue he was there other than my wife noting he stopped and said he could not do it without me.

Much better than expected. Also much better than other roof replacements in the neighborhood that were done by storm chasers after last year's hail storm.
