Description of Work: Invite them out to do an estimate on my roof which they came out and did an excellent job. The problem was on their follow through after the estimate asking them to come back and adjust a few things I've never seen them again. They seemed professional and excited to do the work but when it came time to close they never came back to do a rebid and did not return several phone calls to set up appointments. Very disappointing

Description of Work: The crew did a great job. Erik was the guy I spoke with the whole time and did all the business with; and he was wonderful! He worked well with the insurance company to make sure everything was paid for and he even went to bat for us to get more than what they originally had estimated. He and the working crew were on time, quick with the work, and provided us with a high quality experience. I'd recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone!

Description of Work: Fantastic job. Complete tear down and new roof and siding with insulation. Inside rain damage repair and painting. All handled very professionally by Expert's rep John Mcmanaman. He handled everything from a thorough per heck and estimate, working with the insurance company, getting permits, and totally overseeing the entire project. I was able to sit back and watch everything completed to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend them. Great job!!

Description of Work: Was promised to have the work completed within 2 weeks, several delays and excuses were given. Took almost a month after promised time. |Workers left nails, shingles, and paper in flower beds and trees after work was completed. At one point my yard was covered in fast food wrappers and garbage for the workers lunch break. |Sales attempted to get more money for us after they accepted the quote even though we received the insurance check for that amount. |We had damage to several areas of our trim from the work that was not repaired
