Project included reworking flagstone walk, edging, trimming, drainage, grass seed with seed blankets, clean up and mulch. Overall the project looks great as the crew comes back to complete some finishing touches. An area of improvement would be in communication. The crew will do what you ask, but you continually have to ask, even when the items are agreed upon in the initial walk through. This puts a bit of a strain on customer service.

Very professional outfit. They deliver on their commitments and do fine work. Weekly mowing has been terrific. They removed some overgrown shrubbery for us and left the area in fine shape.

Hired them to do a list of projects in my yard. Went over what I wanted with Mike before start of job. Everything has been done beyond my expectations. Due to weather, there were a few very minor things that didn't get finished. They are scheduled to be completed in a couple of days. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Will definitely be calling them again next fall for yard clean up.

Their customer service people have been very courteous and handle themselves like professionals. In the past I used one of them big name lawn care companies to aerate my lawn at what I thought was a very high price. I searched to see if I could get a better deal and found Elite Lawn Care. Not only did they do the job for half of what I paid in the past, they did a better job than what I have experienced.

I feel their prices could be lower for the amount of lawn I have but they get the job done fast and it looks great. They were able to accommodate me last min and add me to their schedule next day.

"Thanks for the comments Jackie, We really appreciate it. We actually try to price our services as low as possible while still maintaining a high quality standard. With new commercial grade mowers approaching $10,000 new, prices are going to be higher than they were 15 years ago. When we factor in paying insurance, customer service related costs, and paying our crews legally with overtime for last minute schedule requests, we simple could not provide service at a lower cost, without sacrificing the high standards we have."

They have a set price for services rather than a per job/size of yard price. We agreed to aeration and detaching, but have not had aeration done yet due to a "scheduling glitch." They said they would be out the next day to complete the job after I contacted them, because they charged me for aeration when they only did detatching, but then that "one day" turned into 7-10 days after I followed up with them when the aeration was not completed the following day. Not impressed, especially considering the exorbitant price they charged for my yard. I will know better next time.

The work done was exceptional and the customer service incredible. I had a few comments that I sent along in an email. Nothing negative, but I had an answer to my email in less that 2 hours. I will always use Elite for cleanup and flower bed/shrub trimming maintenance throughout the year. Thanks Elite.

I have tried other lawn services in the past and they were good but Elite does an exceptional job...every time!!!! I will never go elsewhere.I am always very happy with their service. Due to their lawn service being so reliable and always done so well, I hired Elite to do my snow removal and (as expected) they go above and beyond with their shoe removal, as well:)
