Description of Work: Tom replaced two old rotted windows in our house with new thermal pane crank type windows plus replacing the woodwork around the windows to fit in with the existing interior and exterior house trim. In addition he did quite a bit of insulating to cut off the flow of cold air that had been a problem.

+ -1 moreHe was very careful about everything he did and making sure he did a great job. He knew other people that he could recommend such as for cabinets. He prefers to do 1-2 jobs at a time and finishes that job then goes on to the next. He is reasonably priced. I interviewed others and his prices were in the middle. He doesn't try to get you to do more than you want. He also lets you do things such as paint if you want to do the job. He can do just about any size job. I was just blown away with his work and the job he completed.
