Everyone is nice. The estimate you are provided tells you essentially nothing about the cost. They have many many lines of what will cost more. Allotments for "their choices of products" is extremely limited. You do not even know the brand that they recommend, but all brands you know will cost you more. They want a 20% deposit but cannot guarantee the work will begin until 6 months or more from you signing the estimate contract. I think the total real bill might be an additional $10000.00 easily since no costs are really spelled out to you. Any thing they do is covered and little thought is given to you really understanding the cost when they give you the estimate. Again you are given no quality checks for the items they choose for you--and they really limit your "allowance". If you know anything about costs you can readily see you'll be way over and have to pay substantially a lot more than the estimate. They say they offer financing--they do not. Several thousand dollars up front held for more than 6+ months with no interest. Very confusing.

It was absolutely perfect. They were on time. They kept me notified about what they were doing and how they were doing it. The communication was wonderful. The people were great. There was an issue with the shower door and the next day they came back with the shower people. I did not have any trouble. They were outstanding. They did everything we asked.

The service was perfect. I loved the people. They were nice and good. They clean up and did a wonderful job. They show up when they said they would. I would hire them again to do more work for me.

I had Diamond Bath remodel my master bathroom in October/November 2019. From start to finish, everything about working with them was a positive experience. Once the project started, the workers were onsite every weekday until the project was finished three weeks later. They do use subcontractors (plumber, electrician, shower door, countertops) for a portion of the work, but they are all vendors that they use for all of their projects, so no one is onsite that they are not familiar with. When these outside vendors were in my home, there was always someone from Diamond Bath onsite to oversee the work. After the project was completed (and paid for), I had issues with a cabinet door warping and the finish on two shower drain screws coming off. When I called Diamond Bath, they started work on resolving the problems immediately and kept me up-to-date on the progress they were making. Diamond Bath is a very customer service oriented company. The owners and every employee works to make the project a great experience.

From Day One we were very impressed with the energy and attitude of the Diamond Bath staff. The initial planning and selection of items and materials was done with Carrie, the Sales Coordinator. She gave us invaluable advice on design and what options were good for our particular situation. She also followed up over the course of the job. Most of all, she was always immediately responsive to any call or inquiry. Most of the work was completed by Len and J.R., who were very professional, always on time every day, and were very friendly and helpful. In the course of the work they were able to track down the source of water intrusion into one of the bathrooms. They were very thorough and did high quality work. We should also mention our gratitude to Tim, the bathtub refinisher who, after a detailed cleaning of our tub, informed us it wouldn't be necessary to resurface the tub after all. We really appreciated his honesty. Bob supervised the work and had weekly meetings with us. Jen in the office was also super!

Diamond Bath exceeded our expectations. They were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed and involved throughout the entire project. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their services.

We were extremely satisfied with the remodeling work done on the two bathrooms. The final result was even better than we might have hoped for. These people were wonderful to work with, always prompt, and they always kept us informed and up to date with the progress of the work. The decorator, Melissa, was a great help in designing the bathrooms. The workers were true craftsmen and always left the work areas clean at the end of the day.

Diamond Bath did an absolutely beautiful job. Workers were meticulous and kept their workspace cleaned up each day. I had to be away a lot during the remodeling but the work proceeded on time. Rick even took my garbage cans in. Such a curtesy is a big thing because I have a bad hip. I am so pleased with the result and the consultant they provided to help me pick out colors and tiles. A very professional result that all my friends and family exclaim over.

Excellent! James and Jen (owners) are friendly professionals. The entire staff (designer/Melissa, project manager/John and laborer/Rick) were all talented, responsive and easy to work with. Removed an old Jacuzzi Tub/Shower and repaired the drywall. Then installed a beautiful shower in Onyx, and replaced the vanity. (We painted and installed the flooring and Jim/Rick cooperated nicely with us. We would definitely hire Diamond Bath again... in a heartbeat!!

Diamond Bath is a great company to deal with very professional right from the very first phone call with Jen. Jim and Jen Termanas own Diamond Bath, LLC they are kind and honest people and very knowledgeable in the remolding industry. The first meeting was with Melissa Thomson their awesome Interior Designer and then with Jim Termanas, Jon Fleck and Rick Porter who would look over the job and let you know what needed to be done. They have a great crew of guys working for them very good carpenters and easy to be around. I am so happy I found Diamond Bath and that there are still good companies to work with.

Jim and his staff were great to work with from the start. They are highly professional and offer guidance and their suggestions to meet your needs, price points and give honest feedback on what may or may not work. This was especially important for us since we are looking to sell our home in the next year. They were very flexible in coordinating their project dates with our work schedules, very prompt every work date during the project and very responsive to our questions, concerns and obtaining our village required permit. They guided us through the product and color selection process and keeping us within our budget. The project tracking system they use allowed us to see photos or their daily work progress since we were at work and provided us email updates for any questions or concerns that came up during the project. We have 2 beautiful bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results. We are now getting an estimate from them for another remodel project. We would highly recommend them

Pleased to provide my feedback for others regarding my experience with Jim and Jen and the rest of the Diamond Bath team. It is completely refreshing to work with friendly, organized, and experienced professionals that treat customers with respect and integrity. Diamond Bath was the first of 3 contractors to review and estimate the project I had for my two upstairs bathrooms. After Jim's visit I knew I didn't need to have anyone else come out - although I did just for my peace of mind. I am actually glad I had the others make the trip because it reinforced what I already knew - Diamond Bath was the right choice. Here is what you can expect: A phone call to confirm your desire to have someone pay a visit to your home to take pictures and discuss the project with you (Jen will make that call). An email confirming your appt date and time (also from Jen). A visit to you home for the assessment (Jim). An email within the timeframe discussed to provide the estimate and a summary statement of what the job entails (from Jim). A follow up call to confirm you got the info and if you had any questions (from Jen). Upon signing the contract, you will be set up in their online project portal (Jon will be your project manager). The portal will contain the work summary, your selections and any change orders along the way, and a running list of your phased payments during the project in addition to original pictures of your bathrooms and in progress shots from each day of work that is performed (Jon manages the portal). You then pay a visit to their office and can work with their interior designer (Melissa) to choose colors, materials, and fixtures. Her recommendations were great. You will then get an email or a phone call from Jim to confirm the start date for the project. Jen then calls to confirm the start date as it approaches. On the first day, Jim and Jon arrive with the crew to go over the work and set expectations for the approach they will take. Their crew - in my case it varied in the number of people that the specific people on any given day depending on the work that was going on - Rick, Lenny, Bob, and Ed. All great guys - very knowledgeable and respectful. Their work, cleanliness, professionalism, and their solutions to problems that pop up make them top notch. No hidden charges, no mysterious obstacles that suddenly pop up, and no guess work about when they will show, what is going on, or when they will be done. In the end, my job was done in the time expected for the price agreed to and it is FANTASTIC - no exaggeration, its fantastic! Despite their focus solely on bathrooms, I have already made it my mission to convince them to do my basement for me as well. Thanks to the Diamond Bath team. It truly was a pleasure!

Multiple options for the remodel were proposed with clear pricing, the designer worked closely with me to select all the items, the owner was engaged throughout the project, and all the people who worked in my home were professional, skilled and very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about my experience!

EXCELLENT JOB!!! As we did not do a total bathroom remodel we were uncertain how a partial updating would turn out. However, the finished product exceeded our expectations. The workmen did an EXCEPTIONAL job and were able to match the new tile and grout to the existing 15 year old tile. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the work completed. The workers were organized and cleaned up the work area each day. And Jim, Jen, and workmen were SO.......nice and easy to work with. We would ABSOLUTELY use them again and will recommend them to others. Thanks to Jim and his crew for a job WELL done.

From the start Jim worked with us to get the remodel in budget. we had a very short lead time compared to normal time people have and they came thru. Even when they ran behind schedule they worked over a whole weekend (sat and sun) to complete on a Monday. We love our new bathroom.

They diagnosed the problem and then offered a few solutions. We are extremely pleased with the retiling of the shower and the upgrades Diamond Bath suggested. The men worked around our schedule and never wasted time. They were courteous and considerate of our special circumstances.

The finished product exceeded our expectations. The job was finished on budget. Any delays were the fault of suppliers or our decision to change some part of the job. The team was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. They were on time, informative and clean up was never an issue. No surprises!

Because of the wallpaper problem it took longer than we thought, but there was no extra charge for time. He did a wonderful job fitting in the taller vanity and new sized medicine cabinet/mirror. It is a very small powder room and everything fits perfectly.

Rick, from Diamond Bath, did an excellent job. He's very neat and cleans up the work area perfectly. Jen in the office is well organized and stayed in touch with us after the holidays to schedule the work. This is the second time we hired Diamond Bath. We highly recommend them.

It went very well. The workmen were professional and started stopped work each day according to their schedule. They kept me informed and gave me plenty of time to select the things I needed to provide.
