I hired Customized Cleaning to do a deep cleaning of my parent's house. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but my parents enjoyed the ladies that cleaned the house. They will be back once a month to maintain it. They were very accommodating and kind to my parents.

Poor customer service! Did not come prepared for the job. Came with a broken vacuum. Didn't have good cleaning product and took 10 man hours for a four hour job to clean an empty and already cleaned 2 bedroom, 1 bath, living, and a kitchen. There was some oil in the kitchen floor which they didn't clean and covered it with the refrigerator to hide. When complained, the owner became defensive and showed attitude.

They were very good even did a little extra😐. They were right on time. Schueding me when I need and want. I would definitely suggest them.
