Description of Work: Test the water and made recommendations on solutions to the water quality issues. Their products were 20%-30% higher than the alternate vendor and offered less capability. The do provide more comprehensive financing plans than the competition.

+ -1 moreAnother repair on our Culligan water softener, this time not covered by the warranty. Service was prompt and professional, but cost seemed high for rebuilding the control valve on-site within an hour. Otherwise, when calling to make the appointment, I asked if the service rep could also change the sediment filter in the water line before the water softener, a 5 minute job, but I declined when they said the charge would be an additional $113 ($34 for the filter and $79 for the "secondary labor" charge.) So I paid $20 for the same Culligan filter online and changed it myself.
Description of Work: Repaired control valve of water softener.
