Creekside took over the landscape maintenance two seasons ago at our condo association in Crystal Lake. The improvement the very first year was remarkable and they continue to do a great job. The cost varies as we have them for weekly maintenance as well as new plantings, mulching, tree work, etc. (Shown is average monthly maintenance cost.)

I was very pleased with John. He seemed very honest and did good work.

They did a beautiful job. They came out 2 or 3 weeks before that to look at the job and they let us know the price and we told them what we wanted done and they told us that they were really busy because it was Spring and they would be out right after Father's Day and they were. They were here for about 2 days and they did a beautiful job. The price is different for everybody depending on what they want done. They were really nice, he came out when he said he would to give us an estimate and even though they were really busy they told us they would come out at a certain time and they did.

Their customer service was very good. They call you back, and come when they are suppose to. They do a good job with clean up. We have already scheduled to have them come out again.

It was good. They called us back to tell us when to water it more. They came by to check on it from time to time. Jonathan would stop at the door and tell us about the tree. We got a lot of good feedback. We also bought a rock from them for the front yard. We also had our gutters extended out for us in the front yard. We've talked to them about a pine tree that is showing some disease in the back yard.

Creekside services are absolutely my favorite company on the planet. They picked up the whole tree and cut it up, removed it, that fell on the garage and they have done everything with trees, and did some drainage work. They put in a patio as well. They did a really good job of it. They are absolutely one of my favorite companies. When they give you an estimate if it ends up being more money than he estimates then he usually says this is a lot more work than I anticipated but I am going to stay true to the estimate so he really tries to make sure his estimates are really spot on. So twice now he has gone out and he said it would be x amount of money and then he done the job and said this is a lot more than I thought it was going to be but I am still going to charge you x amount that I quoted you. He is amazing and his responsiveness is a miracle. I mean this man I don't know how he does it. He is top notch, professional, and if I ever have to use tree service at my house I would use them.

In one of the huge windstorms that hit Chicago-land during July 2011, our neighbors tree cracked in half and landed on our garage. We did not find out about it until a week later. I immediately contacted Creekside to have the tree removed. Even though we had to wait a week for his crew to come out (they were VERY busy and it was a VERY hot week), the tree was removed and stayed with in budget. What I love about this company is that they are 100% honest. If they quote you a price for the job, they stick to it even when the job becomes larger than what they initially thought. They come out, do their job quickly, professionally, and leave the site cleaner than it was before! I don't know how they do it, but my yard looked like no one had even been there (except the tree had been removed from the garage). This work ethic and professionalism applies to the crews who installed our patio & yard drainage as well. The work is top notch and is done quickly and without incident. I will always go to Creekside for any tree service or landscape need in the future.

I wanted a low maintenance garden. I gave them a specific budget and they put together a proposal. After I approved it, they started within 2 weeks and completed the work in half a day. They are a great company. They re honest, friendly and they educate you about landscaping. I love them and my garden looks great.

I was very happy with how they prepared for the job, putting down plywood on the grass and other things to minimize the damage. In the trimming process they found one oak that was unsafe to climb and brought in the necessary equipment to safely top the tree and remove it.
