CHL Masonry & Remodeling

During the torrential rain that resulted in the widespred flooding earlier this year we had a small but persistent leak coming in thru the firebox next to the fireplace. Upon recommendation from a trusted source I called Luke at CHL Masonry to come out and inspect the chimney. We found small, hairline cracks in the parged cap and top course of bricks on both the fireplace and furnace chimneys. The caps were replaced and other associated work was performed as described above. Luke was not on time for the inspection or on the day the actual work was performed...he was early! The work was done over a period of two days (to allow for the new concrete caps to set) and Luke cleaned up the entire area when finished each day. There were no surprises and we are entirely happy with the work. We can heartily recommend CHL Masonry and will not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.
