I did not use them. This was a $49 big deal purchase. The money I paid for the big deal is what he charged, so it was not fixed. I decided to use somebody else. He just look at it, but did not do anything and I paid for it. I guess the responsiveness was okay and the punctuality was fine.

Although more involved than originally planned he got it done. A copper pipe needed to be run under an addition to the outside wall and he got it done. No problems since the work was done.

Everything turned out very well. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and did a good job in all respects. He identified an issue with our washer and dryer and gave us some helpful tips on how to correct them. He also corrected some of the issues himself which we appreciated too.

The service went well. I ended up contracting them to replace a faucet in the kitchen and to repair filters for most of the sinks in the house. The technicians were very friendly and did a nice job. Making an appointment was very easy and they were very accommodating.

Everything turned out well. The plumber arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a good job with the toilet's installation without leaving any messes.

The work wasn't done properly and my toilet still leaks. I called them several times and they said they would come back and fix it. They never did. I will not use this company again. When I replaced my water heater a couple of months ago I used a different company who was reliable.

It was very good. I had him do some extra work so I paid him extra. He was a very nice guy. He came out on time and he did a very good job. I didn’t have any issues since the service.

It worked out just fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Initially the deal was not honored but it turned out to be a miscommunication and he promptly honored it. He agreed to refund the $59 to me and I'm happy with how he handled it.

While he was here, he tried very hard to sell me other services, grilling me about our sump pump, etc., which felt invasive. After he left, I went outside to inspect the new faucet, only to discover irregular blobs of adhesive oozing all around it. So noticeable, you can still see the mess of it from our deck! Perhaps if he hadn't been so busy trying to sell me other services, he might've done the job properly!

After a couple of scheduling mishaps, was finally able to get on the calendar and have the faucet replaced. Performed the work as you would expect. Professional. Courteous. I would use them again.

Plumber arrived with all materials and parts needed to complete the job. He worked quickly and neatly. He recommended and Installed an inside shut-off valve for the faucet. There was and additional charge. The price was reasonable. Would recommend this provider. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and cleaned up the job area neatly.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were excellent all the way around.

The owner ensured that he was going to help me directly, rather than waiting to schedule me with a service plumber. Came out, realized a part was needed and returned with the part, not quitting till the job was done.

Replaced two outside spigots and installed inside shutoff valve on each. Work completed in expected time frame.

Returns call ASAP, punctual and professional. Explains well work that needs to be done.

Based on this poor service I would hesitate to ever use an Angie's list service.

Replaced outside faucet provided access for future work

The person responsible for contacting me never did, despite repeated attempts. I left phone messages with suggested appointment times but never heard back. I cancelled the deal and received a refund.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. It was satisfactory. I had some extra work done, so I paid more. They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump, and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub. I paid 700 Dollars.The quality of service was good. It took them a while to get back to me, I guess they may be busy. He cancelled once, and showed up the second time. He was very knowledgeable, and I would use him again if I needed.

Bought a "Big Deal" to replace the outside hose spigot. Took over a month to set up the service. Including at least one missed appointment. Once Dave got here he replaced the spigot quickly and cleanly. Also installed a shut off valve (extra $) and determined that my sump pump needed replacing. I had him do that has well. Overall I think the price was very fair and once he got here he did a great job.

I purchased an "Angie's Big Deal" to have three small jobs done at my home. I needed a toilet put in place in my powder room, a faucet changed in my kitchen, and a water filter installed in the kitchen. These three projects took longer than expected and I ended up paying for additional labor time. The installer encountered a few problems installing the water filtration system and had to come back out to correct them. Phone calls were returned promptly and follow-up before, during, and after the projects were completed was good.

They were friendly, helpful, punctual, professional...couldn't have asked for a smoother service. I paid extra to install a shut off valve, something I didn't realize the prior contractor failed to offer/install. They provided a follow up call and offered to come back quickly if there were any issues. He was informative and checked a few other things while he was here. I will definitely use them in the future.

I've struggled writing this review. The gentleman who came to our house was a really nice guy (at the end of the project.) Very knowledgeable. I think he was crabby in the beginning because he sat in traffic for over a hour trying to exit from the expressway with all the Great America traffic. Because they were limited on their ad space, they didn't include 'crawl spaces were an additional $75.' While I didn't pay the additional amount, it was mentioned a few times during the project. Like I mentioned, he was a really nice guy and did a good job. If he didn't push the 'crawl spce' issue, we would have had more projects for him.

Dave was on time and performed the outdoor water faucet replacement without a problem. I also had him look at a few other minor things while he was there for a small additional cost.
