Cabinet Solutions Design Studio

Everything was fine until I paid for the cabinets and then the problems started. There were a few problems with the cabinets such as fingerprints in the finish and 3 small cracks in the cabinet doors. These small problems were not major but Greg would not return my phone calls and I called every week for at least 5 months and left message after message. I even stopped at their showroom but Greg was either not in or hiding in the back. I also would like to add that Kitchen Solutions did not design my kitchen. I had my design done before even considering cabinet providers. I see in the above business description that Greg has claimed that he is a member of BBB and received an award. Well, Cabinet solutions was not a member when I did business with them, 2007-2009 and ironically, they are not a member now, 2015, as I just checked. I would also like to add that this is the not first time I've posted a negative review for Cabinet Solutions. I've posted several other bad reviews on other sites but surprisingly they have all been removed except for 1. On that particular bad review Greg responded and inferred that I used the fake name which is how he discredits bad reviews. I can assure Greg and everyone else that I have never used a pseudonym and never will.

We went to showroom and asked for pricing on our kitchen remodel. We were there for over an hour going over what we wanted and asked for a price. We were told we would get an estimate in a week. A week later we got an estimate for the cabinets only. When I asked for a price for the countertops, sink, backsplash, and lights I was ignored. Maybe our budge wasn't big enough. But we weren't even told that. We were just ignored.

The work is still going on. The finished product and everything they have installed I am happy with those. They are very exceptional. Their prices are competitive. They're recommended by the contractor.

We would like to specifically mention the Interior Designer Carly Brehm @ Cabinet Solutions. Her personal touch and the effort she put in on our behalf along with her design eye to ensure an overall aesthetic was a great experience.
