I contacted C&A for a residential awning. Ours was stuck extended on a very windy day; he was amazing enough to come out within 10min and got it closed; charged NOTHING! The only person who was willing to help.

During the recent one foot snowfall here in Cary, the awning over our deck collapsed. I called the guys at C&A who showed up same day and offered to reinstall it. After some discussion, we decided that a new, commercial grade awning would be a better idea so that future snow events would no longer be an issue. Two weeks later we now have a gorgeous, perfect fitting, professionally installed upgrade to our home. Very reasonable price, HIGHLY recommend!
